We want you to be completely happy with your purchases, if an item reaches you in less than perfect condition then please contact us to arrange a solution.
Should you wish to return/exchange an item then this must be done so within seven days after it has reached you.
Items purchased online CANNOT be exchanged in our Manchester shop without prior notice, owing to the fact that we need to update your order details online. If you are visiting the shop and wish to bring an item to return that you bought via the site please email us at least 48 Hours prior to your visit and we can make sure that we are able to process it for you.
Please note that that we are unable to exchange/refund pierced earrings owing to health and safety reasons.
Should you wish to return an item you must email us before hand to organise a return code. Any item sent back unsolicited will not be processed and returned at cost to the sender.
We strongly advise any returned item is sent via a recorded/signed for service, we are not responsible for any items that are lost whilst being returned to us.
Please note we cannot refund the cost of either the original post and packaging or your return postage unless the item is faulty. Any faulty item will be replaced free of charge with the identical item, should an identical item be out of stock we will offer a full refund or the customers choice of replacement item.
All items returned for refund must be in their original, unworn condition in their original packaging. Any items that appear to be worn or forcibly damaged will not be considered for a refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected. We comply with all distance selling rules and regulations. |
